Refund policy
In our effort to offer you the best service and properly manage our spaces, we have established the following policy for your reservations. Due to the nature of our service, we do not accept cancellations with a full refund.
Date Changes
Free of charge: You can request a date change for your reservation free of charge, provided you notify us at least one day in advance of the scheduled date.
Partial Refunds
60% Refund: If you are absolutely unable to attend and decide to cancel, we offer a partial refund equivalent to 60% of the total value of your reservation.
Deadline: For this refund to apply, you must notify us no later than the day of your reservation. If you are a no-show and do not notify us within this timeframe, no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Change or Partial Refund
To initiate a date change request or apply for your partial refund, please contact us by emailing: elretonomkt@gmail.com. We will evaluate your request according to the timeframes mentioned above.
Refund Process
We will inform you as soon as we have received your request and notify you if the partial refund has been approved.
If approved, the corresponding 60% will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card issuer may take some additional time to process and post the balance to your account.
Note: If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed the approval of your partial refund and you still have not received it in your account, please contact us again at elretonomkt@gmail.com so we can follow up.
