What time do you open and close?
We open at 9:00 am and close at 5:00 pm. Last admission at 2:00 pm.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Light food allowed (sandwich, fruit). No glass, no outside alcohol, no large coolers.
What if it rains?
We'll reschedule at no extra cost if rain prevents swimming. If it's light rain, the cenote will still be open.
Can I bring my pet?
For safety reasons and out of respect for the cenote's wildlife, we do not allow pets.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule for free up to 24 hours in advance (48 hours if you purchased Explorer).
