What are the opening and closing times?

We are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., every day of the week (please confirm if applicable).

Do I need to book in advance or can I arrive without a reservation?

You can arrive directly, but we recommend booking during high season or if you are coming with a large group, to guarantee your access and space.

Are non-biodegradable sunscreens prohibited?

Yes. Only biodegradable sunscreen is allowed to protect the cenotes.

What happens if it rains on the day of my visit?

Even if it's just light rain, you can still enjoy the place. In case of a heavy storm, you can reschedule your visit free of charge.

Are there any surprise payments or hidden charges?

No, we don't have any hidden fees. Your admission ticket gives you access to all our facilities and activities. The only activity with an additional cost is the ATV tour.
